President's Rule in Haryana

During President's Rule (Article 356), the President takes over the work of the Executive. In Haryana President's Rule was imposed three times. These are:

First President's Rule:

The first President's Rule was imposed from 2nd November, 1967 to 22 May, 1968. President was Zakir Hussain, PM Indira Gandhi and Governor was VN Chakravarthy.
